Youth Empowerment

July 11, 2012 - July 11, 2020

Event Navigation

Youth empowerment is a process where children and young people are encouraged to take charge of their lives. They do this by addressing their situation and then take action in order to improve their access to resources and transform their consciousness through their beliefs, values and attitudes.

Developing young people and improving their chance of a better future is critical to changing the prospect for developing countries. Our aim is to empower young people, with a special emphasis on previously disadvantaged youth.

Guaranteeing a better future for communities requires developing youth now.

The primary purpose of our Youth Empowerment programmes is to enable children who have grown up in previously disadvantaged communities to move into young adulthood with a more positive sense of self, healthier relationships and strengthened resilience.

Young people face what seem to be insurmountable roadblocks and injustices on a daily basis.

Our youth projects incorporate;

  • Better Education.
  • Sports.
  • Employment creation through partnership with private companies.
  • Skills Workshops.
  • Community projects.

Throughout the year we run various Youth Empowerment but due to lack of funding, we cannot reach the masses we would like hence the need for your assistance.

If you would like to work with us on any of the above Youth projects, please get in touch.
